Yengo National Park
Yengo National Park is one of the eight conservation areas that make up the massive Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. Covering one million hectares, it was included in the World Heritage list in December 2000 for its remarkable geographic, botanic and cultural values. There are more than 90 different eucalypt species found here - some 13 per cent of all eucalypt species in the world.

Yengo National Park and the surrounding areas are an important spiritual and cultural place for the Darkinjung and Wonnarua People for thousands of years. There are over 640 recorded Aboriginal cultural sites in the park and nearby areas. This mountain is also known as 'Uluru of the East' and as sacred, as that of Uluru itself. The Finchley Cultural Walk gives people a real understanding and respect for one of the best Aboriginal sacred sites in Australia

Great Northern Trading Post Wine Bar
The Great North Trading Post (GNTP), also known as the Laguna Wine Bar, is located about 10 minutes’ drive outside of Wollombi. It's best described as being one of those good old fashioned country style pubs that you would expect to find in outback Australia. There’s a beautifully built old wooden bar that actually doubles as a bottle shop and grocery store, even a games room out the back complete with pool table and juke box. Come for a feed, a drink, and enjoy live band entertainment, ice and gas.

The Aboriginal paintings and artefacts in this gallery embody the meaning of Wollombi – ‘meeting place’. Artists, both local and from afar, share ancient and continuous connections with country. Come and enjoy our ever-changing works, the stories they tell and videos of local corroborees. As many of our aboriginal artist/members live in remote areas of Australia, and is run as a not-for-profit gallery supporting many indigenous artists from remote areas of Australia.

Set amongst Provencal gardens overlooking the picturesque Wollombi brook & foothills of the Brokeback mountain range.

Vineyards have been producing fine wines in this region since the 1850s when Wollombi was a thriving agricultural centre.
